"Gregorian Chant is Returning from Exile. Maybe"

Sandro Magister reports on the sacred music study day held by the Vatican Congregation for Worship on December 5. Particularly noteworthy is the speech given by Fr. Valentino Miserachs, the president of the Pontifical Institute of Sacred Music.

Notable quotes and commentary from Amy Welborn et al., Bill White, Dad29, Musica Sacra, St. Cecilia Schola Cantorum, The New Liturgical Movement and others.

The results from the NPM’s Songs that Make a Difference survey make for an appropriate juxtaposition. Fr. Keyes has commented on the Top 25.
