A work in progress and ambitious indeed! Just one of the fourteen major projects on the go is to put the entire Graduale Romanum on-line in PDF. If they reach their goal, this is going to be a great resource.

Now if we could get the 1974 “Graduale Romanum” in modern notation along with the psalm verses for the Introit and Communion written out and notated, we’d really be in business. I’ve heard choirs sing neumes and modern notation and I can’t tell the difference. Beauty in performance practice is what’s truly necessary.

This is the second time it’s disappeared. It was up in the late 90s with lots of scans from the Liber Usalis, which I may have around here somewhere. Then it reappeared recently without all the music, and now it’s gone again.

The site has resurfaced here, and appears to have been updated on a regular basis throughtout the month of June.
