"Liturgical Abuse Equivalence?"
Mark Wyman writes:
It is frequently asserted—by everyone from Fr. Peter Stravinskas to lowly blog commenters—that there is a sort of equivalence between the liturgical abuses of today and the undisputed propensity of priests in the old Rite, prior to Vatican II, to rush through, mumble, or otherwise butcher the elegant Latin text which they had.
