Well, it is, unless you don’t use it. 118 is the seasonal general-use psalm for Eastertide.
I did a setting of 22 for today that my choir liked a lot. As it was the harmonically simplest one I’ve done in quite a while, I wonder if I should just stick to I-IV-V-I next week…nah.
Yes Virginia there is a Hicksville! er, I mean Mike. The town was named after the family of Quaker preacher Elias Hicks. Also, this is where Billy Joel comes from. (He says Levittown but that is because people have heard of Levittown.
