First rehearsal and Taizé prayer tonight

With all that has transpired around here, I’m actually looking forward to tonight’s rehearsal. I have secured the use of the acoustically superior chapel for our rehearsals this semester, and I will be buying the choir By Flowing Waters—if not for the Lenten season, then for their own personal edification and education. Did you know that some places sell the book for under $14—only $2 more than OCP’s JourneySongs hymnal?

Taizé prayer starts tonight as well. While they are relaxing and do facilitate meditation, Taizé chants can be a bit too repetitive for some, and I would tend against using them during Mass except at the Communion procession.
